The following guidelines apply to reservations of the sauna operated by Kinn Damp AS at Florø Sailing Association.

Payment

The customer must have paid the full amount via Vipps or Visa/Mastercard when booking on www.kinndamp.com and accepted the terms of use for the sauna. By accepting the terms, you are obligated to follow them.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation deadline is 24 hours before the reservation. Cancellations after this will be charged 100%. Please contact us by email or phone for any changes to your booking. Changes or cancellations must be made in writing. Changes to bookings are subject to availability.

Privacy Policy

In order to provide you with a good service, we need your phone number, email, and name.

Kinn Damp AS respects your privacy.

We collect personal data through Vipps and Nets payment solutions, and through user input. This information is not shared with others and is only used for its necessary purpose for the administration, support, and implementation of agreements between the user site and the customer. Disclosure of Personal Information

By consenting to the guidelines and terms of use for the sauna at Kinn Damp AS, the seller may collect and store personal information necessary to fulfill obligations under the agreement. The seller is responsible for processing personal data. Information about the buyer will only be disclosed to others in statutory cases.
